ENAP is highly experienced and capable in installation of mechanical equipment, structural items and process pipework. Our trade teams regularly mobilise to metropolitan, regional and remote operating sites with site containers of tools and equipment, cranes and other site vehicles, supported by competent team of Project Management, Site Supervision and HSE Advisors.

A key part to successful site installation projects is planning and being well prepared upon mobilising to site. This includes preparing project schedules, clear installation workpacks and drawings, and organising tools, equipment, fasteners and consumables. A well prepared team is able to work efficiently to get the job completed efficiently and safely.

ENAP is often involved in installation of mechanical equipment supplied by clients for specialised manufacturing or processing equipment. This is regularly supplied by international suppliers, and ENAP’s scope often includes installation of equipment working closely with manufacturer’s installation supervisors.

Working safely is imperative for the business continuity of ENAP and our clients, and we dedicate significant time and resources to training and oversight of our employees. We focus on ensuring our team has training, skills and qualifications for the job at hand, including range of high risk licenses necessary for safely completion of this work, including:

  • CN – Mobile Crane (Franna) Licensing
  • RG & DG – Riggers & Doggers Licensing
  • LF & WP – (Forklift, Telehandlers & EWP Over 11m) Licensing
  • Working at Heights Training
  • Confined Space Entry / Rescue Training

ENAP has Franna cranes that are often used in installation work, including trade qualified crane operators. This allows our crane drivers, doggers and riggers to competently perform lifting operations, and then move into boiler-making and fitting installation work.
