Bulk Materials Handling

ENAP has an extensive history in bulk materials handling products across a variety of industries involving all services of Design, Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance. Our experience is conveying and transfer of coal, grain, quarry materials, asphalt, gypsum and many other products, with each material having unique properties for material transfer. ENAP’s Hemmant site is located in close proximity to Port of Brisbane, and we regularly have trade teams performing maintenance tasks on materials handling equipment in this region. It is often the lessons learnt from maintaining of equipment that is included in future designs for improved material handling. ENAP’s capability includes design, fabrication and installation of a range of conveying options, including:

Our material handling capability includes transfer chutes, bins and hoppers with experience using a range of internal linings for impact and abrasion situations, including ceramic wear tiles and hardened steel liners. Complex chutes are modelled in AutoCAD Inventor to produce workshop fabrication drawings using processed and pressed plates for accurate and efficient chute fabrication. ENAP’s capability extends to support structures, maintenance and operating platforms and access ways to deliver a complete material handling solution. A final important aspect of materials handling solutions is to provide guarding of mechanical equipment to AS1755 and AS4024.1 for safe operation and maintenance of conveyors and transfer chutes.
