ENAP has been providing services to Chemical plants across South-East Queensland since commencing in 1979. Chemical plants are characterised by unique nature of chemicals and potential hazards involving reactions, temperature and pressure at each site.

Our teams understand the robust safety systems and processes at these sites, and adapt to carry out hot works, working at heights and confined space activities safely and efficiently. ENAP dedicates significant time and resources to training of our employees for our teams to have skills, competencies and qualifications to complete high risk work safely and efficiently.

Our clients in this sector receive a number of raw materials to undergo chemical reactions involving temperature and pressure into a new compound for packaging, and distribution nationally and internationally, including:

• Fertiliser manufacture and distribution
• Resin manufacture and distribution
• Petro-chemical
• Water filtration

Our experience in this industry covers the full range of services provided, including Design, Fabrication, Site Installation and Maintenance coordinated by a team of experienced and dedicated Project Managers and Supervisors.

Work in chemical plants often involves fabrication and installation of pressure piping in Mild and Stainless Steels. ENAP is able to complete this work in accordance with AS4041 for Pressure Piping, including qualified welders across range of welding processes for these materials overseen by Welding Supervisors.

ENAP is also experienced with wide variety of mechanical equipment, including tanks, vessels and pumps, between the inter-connecting pipework, along with supporting structure and operational platforms and access-ways.

Our ability to create long-term relationships with our clients and consistency of staff allows ENAP to mobilise a knowledgeable and inducted team back to site for the next opportunity. This minimises ongoing contractor costs to our clients, while ensuring there is a team with understanding and expectations of client’s operations and systems.
